(i) ESSENTIAL:- (a) Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized University or Institute with seven years of legal experience as an Advocate. or (b) Master’s degree in Law from a recognized University or Institute with five years of legal experience as an Advocate. (ii) DESIRABLE:- Two years experience in dealing with trials under special law relating to the Armed Forces as well as related court cases.
