What is Dainik Shodh’s Cancellation Policy?

We make every effort to fulfill all the order / subscriptions placed. However, please note that there may be certain order / subscriptions that we are unable to process and may have no option but to cancel. The reasons include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing, and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

If your order / subscription is canceled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be transferred back to your Card Account within 7 to 10 working days.

You can also cancel an order / subscription until it has not been dispatched from our warehouse. (You can check your order / subscription status using the ‘My order / subscriptions’ option under the ‘My Account’ menu on the website.) Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode originally used to pay for the now-canceled order / subscription.

  

How do I cancel my order / subscription?

You can cancel any order / subscription you have placed with us if it hasn’t been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, call us on 9503800034 or write to us at info@dainikshodh.in with your order / subscription Number / Invoice Number.

 

I just requested to cancel my order / subscription. When will I receive my refund?

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order / subscription cancellation.

 

Returns Policy

What is the Return Window Period for products / advertise subscription Purchased from this website?

For all domestic order / subscriptions (i.e., for products / advertise subscription of Promotion Advertise within India), the Return Window for products / advertise subscription purchased via this website is 72 hours from receipt of the order / subscription delivered to the customer. To return your product, you need to call customer support (9503800034) or email us (info@dainikshodh.in) within 72 hours of the delivery that you would like to return your products / advertise subscription.  you can contact our customer care at on 9503800034(11 am to 9 pm) or email us at info@dainikshodh.in. You can also contact us through the ‘Contact us page (in the bottom menu). No returns will be accepted in case the products / advertise subscription are used or in non-saleable condition. All tags and labels need to be intact.

For international order / subscriptions (i.e., products / advertise subscription of Promotion Advertise outside of India), no returns will be accepted. Utmost care will be taken in the packaging to ensure that customer receives it in pristine condition, thereby eliminating the need to return the product. 

 

 

What is Dainik Shodh’s Return Policy? How does it work?

Return Policy for Domestic order / subscriptions (For order / subscriptions Subscription of Promotion Advertise within India)

We provide hassle-free returns on all our products / advertise subscription. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

You will need to self-ship the product that you intend to return after informing us and confirming the intent to return. Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-Subscription of Promotion Advertise returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

For all returns, the refund for returned products / advertise subscription will only be initiated if they pass through a quality check conducted at the warehouse. If the quality check fails, the product will be reSubscription of Promotion Advertise back to you.
